Heidi Smith is a Health and wellness coach, Personal trainer and RN. Today she will be sharing about the mind body connection and how your mood is created. This interactive experience will give you hands on practice with biofeedback, laughter therapy and other cutting edge techniques to influence your mood. Please welcome Heidi as she presents, "The Science of Mood." After being in healthcare for over two decades, empowering others toward a healthy lifestyle is my life passion! As an RN on a cardiac floor, I have the opportunity to lead my team as a charge nurse and empower my patients in their individual health journey. Through my Coaching business I offer individual coaching, personal training and leading seminars with engaging, entertaining, motivating and informative speeches. My dream job is to work with a compassionate team of healthcare provides and provide holistic health and wellness care!
